One thing my CSS can't reach: if the cards still don't span that dark green section, the constraint is the Elementor container, not the grid. Select the container holding the shortcode → Layout → set Content Width to Full Width (or raise the boxed width). The grid is width:100%, so it'll take whatever the container gives it.
